Biography

Sandra Phillips Rogers is the group vice president, general counsel, chief legal officer, chief diversity officer and corporate secretary of Toyota Motor North America (TMNA). Previously, Ms. Rogers was vice president and deputy general counsel, Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc.

Ms. Rogers also served as a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, as senior vice president, associate general counsel and chief litigation counsel at Pfizer Inc., and was managing partner of the Houston office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon.

Ms. Rogers serves on the board of directors for UnidosUS, MSA Safety Inc. and the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, in addition to being a trustee of the University of Texas Law School Foundation.
